Vanuit het kantoor in Knokke begeleiden zij vermogend cliënteel met professioneel advies en persoonlijke service. Ter versterking van het team is Hays Bank & verzekeringen voor hen op zoek naar een Commercieel Assistent Private Banking (Parttime). Je komt terecht in een prestigieuze werkomgeving met sterke groeiambities, waar kwaliteit, vertrouwen en samenwerking centraal staan.

Jouw nieuwe functie Als Commercieel Assistent ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het kantoor. Je zorgt voor een professionele ontvangst van klanten en ondersteunt de Private Bankers op commercieel en administratief vlak. Je bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties door een uitstekende service te bieden en klanten op een persoonlijke en professionele manier te begeleiden. Daarnaast verzorg je de administratieve opvolging van dossiers en waak je over een correcte naleving van procedures en compliance-richtlijnen. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de eerstelijnsopvolging van klanten. Je ondersteunt bij de onboarding van nieuwe cliënten, helpt bij vragen rond online banking en zorgt voor een correcte afhandeling van diverse klantenvragen. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak onderhoud je regelmatig contact met klanten en draag je actief bij aan een optimale klantenervaring. Je vertegenwoordigt de waarden, producten en diensten van de bank op een enthousiaste en professionele manier en blijft op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen binnen de financiële sector om klanten steeds optimaal te kunnen ondersteunen.

Jouw profiel

  • Bachelor diploma en een sterke interesse in de financiële wereld
  • Ervaring binnen een administratieve, commerciële ondersteunende of klantgerichte functie (ervaring in de banksector is een troef)
  • Vloeiende kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Sterk klantgericht, opbouwen van duurzame relaties, commerciële mindset, nauwkeurig en oog voor detail, organisatorisch sterk, prioriteiten stellen, zelfstandig alsook teamplayer, proactief, flexibel en positief ingesteld
