Opdracht

Als commercieel assistent.e in onze winkels,

  • Leidt en coördineert je de dagelijkse werking van het team. Als dirigent organiseer je de goederenstroom op de verkoopvloer en voert je de werking van de food- en non-food teams uit.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanvullen van de rekken en het weergeven van promoties, zodat onze klanten gemakkelijk kunnen winkelen.
  • Je bent polyvalent samen met medewerkers van andere afdelingen, want wij hechten veel waarde aan samenwerking.
  • Bij afwezigheid van de afdelingsmanager neem je het operationele gedeelte over. Je bent ook betrokken bij de organisatie van de uitvoering van verkoopacties: seizoensartikelen, evenementen, enz. Kortom, je staat in het middelpunt van de actie!
  • En omdat onze klanten koning zijn, zet je hen altijd op de eerste plaats. Je neemt actief deel aan alle ins en outs van de winkel om door echte samenwerking de beste resultaten te behalen.

Verantwoordelijkheidsgebied

  • Je voert alle taken uit die door jouw hiërarchie worden gedelegeerd.
  • Je doet voorstellen aan jouw hiërarchie betreffende commerciële acties, optimalisering van de locatie (opvolging van de voorraad) en de organisatie van het werk in het algemeen.
  • Je werkt samen met jouw collega's van de Front Office Assistant binnen jouw universum.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het openen en sluiten van de winkel volgens de winkelplanning.
  • Je hebt een diploma Secundair Onderwijs (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je hebt een eerste professionele ervaring binnen de verkoop / retail / horeca of catering.
  • Je beschikt over potentieel om een team aan te sturen.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld. Werken in een wisselend uurrooster en op zaterdag en zondag schrikt je niet af.
  • Jouw kwaliteiten: klant- en resultaatgerichtheid, initiatief, organisatie, communicatie, teamwerk.
