FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een klant in Evergem, gespecialiseerd in dak- en gevelmaterialen, zijn we op zoek naar een commercieel medewerker balie.

Ben jij klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en hou je van een afwisselende functie met veel klantencontact? Heb je een hands-on mentaliteit en werk je graag samen met collega’s? Dan is deze functie misschien iets voor jou!

Als commercieel medewerker balie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor professionele klanten, zoals dakwerkers, aannemers en gevelspecialisten. Je helpt hen verder met hun vragen en bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct en vlot wordt opgevolgd.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je helpt professionele klanten aan de toonbank met hun vragen, bestellingen en directe afhalingen.
  • Je behandelt orders en offertes via e-mail, telefoon en WhatsApp en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat bestelde producten tijdig en correct worden aangevraagd bij de aankoopdienst.
  • Je maakt bestellingen klaar voor afhaling of levering.
  • Je houdt het filiaal georganiseerd en overzichtelijk.
  • Je volgt de voorraad op en zorgt ervoor dat deze tijdig wordt aangevuld.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s en springt bij waar nodig.
  • Je draagt bij aan een vlotte werking en een aangename sfeer binnen het filiaal.

Je werkt in daguren. Tijdens de zomerperiode start je om 7u00, terwijl je in de winterperiode om 7u30 begint.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je bent gemotiveerd en hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat open om via een opleiding op de werkvloer je productkennis verder op te bouwen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede digitale basiskennis en werkt vlot met een computer.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met of een sterke interesse in dak- en gevelmaterialen.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, behoudt het overzicht en blijft rustig in drukke momenten.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler, werkt graag samen en neemt spontaan initiatief.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel met klanten als met collega’s.
