Onze klant is een regionaal bankkantoor in Lievegem en Maldegem. Je komt terecht in een hecht team van zeven collega's, waar samenwerking en open communicatie centraal staan.

Ze werken kantooroverschrijdend en flexibel: onze onthaalmedewerkers wisselen om de veertien dagen van locatie, de kredietadviseurs switchen wekelijks, en de overige collega’s rouleren afhankelijk van de noden. Die dynamiek zorgt voor afwisseling én een breed zicht op onze klanten en werking.

Om hun team verder te versterken, kijken ze uit naar een commercieel bankmedewerker.

Jobomschrijving

Als Commercieel bankmedewerker speel je een cruciale rol in het onderhouden en uitbreiden van klantrelaties en het bieden van financiële oplossingen die aansluiten bij de individuele behoeften van de klanten. Jouw primaire focus ligt op het actief benaderen van prospects en klanten om onze diensten en producten onder de aandacht te brengen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

  • Het actief benaderen van zowel nieuwe als bestaande klanten.
  • Geven van deskundig advies en ondersteuning aan klanten inzake bankproducten en -diensten.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van lange termijnrelaties met klanten.
  • Opvolgen van markttrends en concurrerende ontwikkelingen om klanten beter te bedienen.

Voor deze rol als Commercieel bankmedewerker voldoe je aan volgende vereisten:

  • Een bachelordiploma
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in een commerciële rol, bij voorkeur in bank- of financiële sector.
  • Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden en een klantgerichte houding.
  • Een proactieve aanpak met een sterke focus op het behalen van doelen.
  • Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal/
  • Daarnaast zoeken wij iemand met een 'huntersprofiel': een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig klanten weet aan te trekken en te binden.
