De functie inhoud Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als commercieel bediende?

  • Registreren en opvolgen van inkoop- en verkoopgegevens.
  • Opmaken van offertes en deze opvolgen.
  • Je volgt de facturatie op van de orders om een correcte en tijdige betaling te garanderen.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, leveranciers, interne diensten en overheden.
  • Optimaliseren van de administratieve flow.
  • Je past de voorschriften van kwaliteit en/of milieu en werkt mee om deze up to date te houden.

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een internationaal actief bedrijf gevestigd in de regio van Menen. Dit bedrijf is een Europese topspeler binnen de recyclagesector, meer specifiek de ecologische verwerking van consumptiegoederen en fabrieksschroot. Hier wordt niet enkel geïnvesteerd in innovatieve technieken om aan de top te blijven, maar ook in hun medewerkers. Zo wordt er veel belang gehecht aan ruimte voor initiatief en persoonlijke groei, een aangename werksfeer en korte communicatielijnen. Wat wordt er van jou als commercieel bediende verwacht?

  • Je genoot een bacheloropleiding.
  • Uitstekende kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels. Duits is een mooie plus!
  • Volgende eigenschappen beschrijven jou : klantgericht, communicatief, analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
