Als commercieel bediende ziet jouw job er als volgt uit:

  • Je neemt contact op met warme leads die via vastgoedpartners binnenstromen.
  • Geen cold calling! Klanten weten dat jij hen zult bellen. Jij luistert actief, stelt de juiste vragen en helpt hen vervolgens bij het kiezen van een geschikte energieleverancier en telecomprovider voor hun nieuwe woning.
  • Elk gesprek verwerk je correct in onze CRM-systemen.
  • Je draagt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw dossiers en onderhoud het contact bij verdere vragen en/of problemen tijdens of na de overstap.

Voor deze job als commercieel bediende in Kortrijk zijn we op zoek naar iemand met de volgende competenties:

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en haalt energie uit telefonisch klantencontact.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld en weet steeds de kalmte te bewaren. Je levert kwaliteitsvol werk, ook tijdens drukke momenten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans. Kennis van het Engels is een extra troef.
  • Je bent vaardig met pc-toepassingen, een echte teamplayer en leergierig ingesteld.
