De functie inhoud Welke taken voer je uit als commercieel bediende in Roeselare?

  • Als eerste aanspreekpunt beheer je de algemene mailbox en sta je klanten telefonisch te woord.
  • Bij eventuele klachten sta je klanten te woord en bied je hen service na verkoop of een oplossing aan.
  • Verwerking van aanvragen en orders via het webportaal.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de verkoopadministratie en verzorgt het klantenbestand.
  • Levertermijnen worden door jou nagegaan en je geeft verkooporders in.
  • Opmaken van offertes en recurrent opvolgen.
