Dan is deze job als Commercieel Bediende in Lot iets voor jou.

In deze veelzijdige job vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, internationale agenten en interne afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat commerciële dossiers van A tot Z correct worden opgevolgd en draagt bij aan de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Je maakt offertes op, werkt prijsberekeningen uit en volgt commerciële dossiers nauwgezet op.
  • Je beheert nationale en internationale tenders en verwerkt gegevens via klant- en retailerplatformen.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, aankopers en internationale agenten via mail en telefoon.
  • Je verwerkt productinformatie zoals recepturen, ingrediëntenfiches, attesten en technische documentatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en bewaakt deadlines en prioriteiten.

Voor de job van Commercieel Bediende herken jij jezelf in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst of een gelijkaardige B2B-functie.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en hebt affiniteit met calculaties, cijferwerk en administratieve opvolging.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en behoudt gemakkelijk focus, ook bij complexe dossiers.
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, neemt initiatief en kan zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
