Administratief talent gezocht dat graag de touwtjes in handen heeft

Hou jij ervan wanneer alles klopt? Krijg je energie van schakelen tussen verschillende partijen, systemen en dossiers? En ben je iemand die liever vooruitdenkt dan achter de feiten aanloopt? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou.

Voor onze klant zoeken we een aanspreekpunt administratie met sterke commerciële insteek: iemand die graag structuur brengt, zaken opvolgt en ervoor zorgt dat collega’s en klanten op de juiste informatie kunnen rekenen.

Je wordt een belangrijke schakel binnen de organisatie.

Van een nieuwe bestelling tot de uiteindelijke levering en facturatie: jij zorgt mee dat de administratieve opvolging correct en tijdig gebeurt. Je hebt contact met klanten, leveranciers en verschillende interne afdelingen en weet als geen ander welke informatie waar thuishoort.

Jouw werkdag? Die ziet er nooit helemaal hetzelfde uit.

Een bestelling verwerken, ontbrekende gegevens opvragen, een prijs controleren, iets afstemmen met de planning of een leverancier contacteren… Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij nauwkeurigheid en snel kunnen schakelen belangrijk zijn.

Jij bent iemand die…

… graag weet wat er moet gebeuren en er vervolgens ook voor zorgt dat het gebeurt.

Je werkt gestructureerd, hebt oog voor details en laat je niet snel van de wijs brengen wanneer er meerdere zaken tegelijk op je bord liggen. Je communiceert gemakkelijk en durft door te vragen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

Een sterke administratieve basis en een georganiseerde werkstijl. Een vlotte en professionele communicatiestijl. Het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en het overzicht te behouden. Een goede kennis van MS Office en Excel. Een zelfstandige ingesteldheid, gecombineerd met een echte teamgeest. Een goede basiskennis Frans. Je hoeft geen perfecte tweetalige te zijn, maar je kunt je voldoende uit de slag trekken in contacten met Franstalige klanten en leveranciers. Affiniteit met de bouw- of prefabsector? Nog beter, maar geen vereiste. Vooral belangrijk: je bent iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en voldoening haalt uit een administratie die tot in de puntjes klopt.
