Unique Menen is op zoek naar een commercieel bediende voor de regio Gullegem.

Wat zal je moeten doen?

  • Opvolgen en verwerken van klantenorders van A tot Z.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes, orderbevestigingen en andere commerciële documenten.
  • Beantwoorden en opvolgen van klantvragen.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve verwerking van klantgegevens en dossiers.
  • Afstemmen met productie, planning, logistiek en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Bewaken van afspraken, levertermijnen en openstaande acties.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij praktische en administratieve vragen.
  • Onderhouden van een goede en professionele klantenrelatie.
  • Actief opvolgen van offertes en commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Klanten telefonisch en per mail informeren en adviseren.
  • Meedenken met de klant en zoeken naar passende oplossingen.
  • Signaleren van commerciële opportuniteiten en deze doorspelen aan het sales team.
  • Je vindt het leuk om klanten te overtuigen en een commerciële relatie verder uit te bouwen.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je beschikt over een relevant bachelor diploma of hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een commerciële binnendienst, sales support, customer service of vergelijkbare functie.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je krijgt oprecht energie van het commerciële aspect van je job. Klanten contacteren, opportuniteiten detecteren en commerciële gesprekken voeren geven je voldoening.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk.
  • Je neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je kunt vlot schakelen tussen verschillende taken en prioriteiten.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega’s, maar kunt ook zelfstandig je verantwoordelijkheid opnemen.
  • Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis Frans. Je kunt een eenvoudig professioneel gesprek voeren en klanten op een correcte manier te woord staan.
  • Engels en Duits: zijn een mooie extra troef.
