Als Commercieel bediende in Kortrijk neem je deze taken voor jouw rekening:

  • Je zorgt voor de verwerking van binnenkomende orders en stelt leveringsbonnen, afhaalbonnen en offertes op.
  • Klanten kunnen bij jou terecht, zowel telefonisch als aan de balie, voor administratieve, technische en commerciële vragen.
  • Je staat garant voor een correcte en actuele verkoopadministratie.
  • Naast het commerciële werk, onthaal je klanten professioneel aan de balie.
  • Je werkt actief mee binnen het team om klantenservice en interne processen te verbeteren.
  • Dankzij jouw overzicht zorg je voor een vlotte afhandeling van dossiers van A tot Z.
