Als commercieel bediende op de binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klantenportefeuille. Samen met een vaste vertegenwoordiger beheer je een specifieke regio en bouw je actief aan duurzame klantenrelaties. Je begeleidt klanten van A tot Z en zorgt voor een vlotte en professionele service. Dankzij jouw proactieve aanpak speel je in op commerciële opportuniteiten en denk je mee met de klant.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheren van een eigen klantenportefeuille samen met een vertegenwoordiger
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes in overleg met de salescollega
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestellingen (uit een assortiment van +12.000 producten)
  • Adviseren van klanten en zoeken naar alternatieven bij stockproblemen
  • Proactief inspelen op klantbehoeften en commerciële kansen detecteren
  • Voorstellen van nieuwe producten en optimaliseren van bestellingen
  • Heractiveren van bestaande of slapende klantenrelaties
  • Opvolgen van leveringen en transport
  • Behandelen van klachten en zorgen voor een correcte nazorg
  • Rapporteren en analyseren van commerciële data

Wij zoeken een klantgerichte en commerciële teamspeler met een hands-on mentaliteit.

Jouw profiel:

  • Bachelor denkniveau (commerciële of administratieve richting is een plus)
  • Eerste ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie is een troef
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans
  • Commerciële mindset en probleemoplossend denkvermogen
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel (draaitabellen, rapportering, grafieken)
  • Proactief, zelfstandig en organisatorisch sterk
  • Creatief en meedenkend in het vinden van oplossingen
  • Teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt en collega’s ondersteunt waar nodig
