Heb je ervaring in de autosector of werkte je eerder in een garage? Combineer je technische kennis met een klantgerichte aanpak? Dan krijg je in deze functie de kans om klanten dagelijks verder te helpen, afwisseling te vinden in je werk en deel uit te maken van een hecht team waar samenwerking centraal staat.

Jouw job

Als commercieel medewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je ontvangt hen aan de balie, geeft advies over producten en ondersteunt hen bij bestellingen en afhalingen. Dankzij jouw kennis van de automotive sector zorg je ervoor dat klanten snel en correct geholpen worden.

Je taken:

  • Je ontvangt klanten en verwijst hen indien nodig door naar de juiste collega.
  • Je adviseert klanten aan de balie over producten en toepassingen.
  • Je beantwoordt inkomende telefoons en helpt klanten verder met hun vragen.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en maakt orders aan.
  • Je zet leveringen en afhalingen klaar.
  • Je controleert inkomende goederen.

Wie ben jij?

Dit is noodzakelijk:

  • Je hebt ervaring in de automechanica of werkte eerder in de garage- of automotive sector. Deze kennis is een absolute vereiste.
  • Je communiceert vlot en helpt klanten graag verder.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en behoudt het overzicht wanneer het druk is.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Mooi meegenomen:

  • Je kan je ook uitdrukken in het Frans.
