Voor onze klant in Genk, actief in modulaire woningen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die een belangrijke schakel wil zijn in het stimuleren van de groei en het onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties. Jij bent het directe aanspreekpunt voor de klanten, biedt oplossingen op maat aan en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze afterservice.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Proactief verwerken en opvolgen van aanvragen.
  • Opmaken van offertes, orders en contracten, en bij grotere projecten zelfs een plan van aanpak.
  • Ontvangen van klanten en voeren van commerciële gesprekken, onderbouwd met productkennis.
  • Beheren en coördineren van projecten, van aanvraag tot en met de werfvoorbereiding.
  • Identificeren en nastreven van nieuwe zakelijke opportuniteiten binnen België.
  • Ontwikkelen en implementeren van gezamenlijke verkoopstrategieën om doelstellingen te behalen en te overtreffen.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van duurzame klantrelaties door behoeften te begrijpen en oplossingen op maat te bieden.
  • Plannen van klantbezoeken: gesprekspartners selecteren, technische dossiers voorbereiden, etc.
  • Tijdig en nauwkeurig uitvoeren van verkooprapporten, klantencontracten en administratieve taken.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om een uitstekende dienstverlening en klanttevredenheid te garanderen.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante verkoopervaring.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands, Frans en Engels; kennis van Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Klantgericht, met een scherp inzicht in de behoeften van klanten en hoe deze aan te pakken.
  • Affiniteit met administratieve verwerking en bekendheid met ERP-systemen, bij voorkeur SAP.
  • Zelfstandig, verantwoordelijk en gemotiveerd om zakelijke kansen te identificeren en te benutten.
  • Je krijgt energie van klantencontact en bent een echte teamspeler.
