Voor onze klant, een glasbedrijf dat zich volledig toelegt op het vervangen van beschadigd en verouderd glas in gebouwen, gelegen in groot Gent, zijn wij dringend op zoek naar een commercieel bediende.

Ben jij de persoon die particuliere klanten met een geruststellende stem door stressvolle situaties helpt? Wil je hen niet alleen geruststellen, maar ook actief begeleiden naar de juiste oplossing? Dan hebben wij de job voor jou!

?? Zo ziet je werkdag eruit:

  • ? Je ontvangt dagelijks tientallen aanvragen en werkt snel en accuraat om deze te verwerken, van kleine ruitjes tot grote glaspartijen.
  • ?? Jij bent de schakel met de klant! Je belt hen na om te vragen of alles duidelijk is en zorgt ervoor dat ze zich gehoord voelen. Je gebruikt jouw expertise en empathie om eventuele twijfels weg te nemen.
  • Zodra je de ‘Go’ hebt binnengehaald, zorg je voor een complete overdracht aan de projecteiders, zodat zij verder kunnen met het dossier.
  • ?? Je beantwoordt vragen van verzekeringsexperts over prijzen en technische details. Geen ervaring met glas? Geen probleem, wij leren je het graag!
