Van een eerste prijsaanvraag tot de uiteindelijke bestelling begeleid je hen met technisch advies, commerciële ondersteuning en een vlotte service.

Dankzij een grondige opleiding leer je het assortiment snel kennen en bouw je mee aan langdurige klantrelaties. Elke dag combineer je klantencontact, advies en administratie.

Zo zie je rechtstreeks het resultaat van jouw inspanningen en bijdrage aan de groei van de afdeling. jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je adviseert professionele klanten die langskomen over metaal- en ruwbouwmaterialen zoals een trap of balustrade

Je verwerkt prijsaanvragen en maakt offertes op.

Je volgt offertes actief op en onderhoudt klantcontact. Je verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling.

Je ondersteunt klanten bij productkeuzes en technische vragen.

Je behandelt telefoons, e-mails en klanten aan de balie.

Je volgt levertermijnen op en communiceert hierover proactief. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van magazijn, aankoop en logistiek. Je beheert klantgegevens correct in het ERP-systeem. Je ziet commerciële kansen en speelt hierop in met gericht advies en cross-selling. wat breng jij mee?

Je beschikt over een graduaat of bacheloropleiding in bouwrichting of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.

Focus op metaal: kan je planlezen, lassen vanuit opleiding of ervaring - grote plus

Ervaring in de bouwsector, technische groothandel, metaalhandel of technische verkoop is een sterke troef. Je hebt interesse in of kennis van metaal- en ruwbouwmaterialen. Je bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en communiceert vlot. Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar voelt je ook sterk binnen een team.

Je blijft rustig en behoudt overzicht wanneer het druk wordt. Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office. Ervaring met een ERP-systeem is een plus.

Je spreekt perfect Nederlands, Kennis van het Frans is mooi meegenomen maar geen must.
