Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?

Als Commercieel bediende Channel Terminal ben je HET aanspreekpunt voor onze Eurostarklanten. Je begeleidt de vertrekkende reizigers tijdens het inchecken en verzorgt het onthaal van aankomende reizigers.

Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS?

In samenwerking met je collega’s:

  • Ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze Eurostarklanten in de Channel Terminal.
  • Begeleid je de vertrekkende klanten tijdens het inchecken en verzorg je het onthaal van aankomende reizigers.
  • Ben je vriendelijk, hartelijk en intuïtief bij elk contact met de Eurostar-reiziger en geef je op elk moment de core values van Eurostar weer.
  • Bewaar je je kalmte tijdens verstoorde situaties en blijf je steeds gefocust op een excellente dienstverlening.
  • Verzeker je wisselende prestaties op werkdagen, in het weekend en op feestdagen (ten vroegste vanaf 5u30 en ten laatste tot 23u30).

Ook volgende competenties zijn van belang:

  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
  • Je communiceert vlot en houdt van rechtstreeks contact met klanten.
  • Je hebt een open houding die een grote beschikbaarheid voor de klant uitstraalt.
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid een opleiding ‘on the spot’ te volgen.
  • Je werkt graag in teamverband.
  • Je bent enthousiast, dynamisch, commercieel en uiterst klantgericht.
  • Je bent bereid om de opleidingen die Eurostar organiseert in Brussel, Londen, Rijsel of Parijs, bij te wonen.
  • Je draagt het Eurostar-uniform en respecteert de bijhorende ‘grooming standards’.

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt in en rond de Channel Terminal, station Brussel-Zuid. Je bent bereid om prestaties te leveren op weekdagen, in het weekend en op feestdagen (afwisselende prestaties van 8 uur, ten vroegste vanaf 5u30 en ten laatste tot 23u30).
