De job

Klantopvolging

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van toegewezen klanten volgens hun behoeften en werkprocedures met betrekking tot alle klantenservicegerelateerde zaken.
  • Beheer van orderverwerking, opvolging van achterstallige leveringen (backorders), SLA-berekeningen en klantprognoses, in nauwe samenwerking met de Customer Experience Manager.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de behandeling van klachten en retourzendingen volgens de verwachtingen van de klant en de interne procedures.
  • Zoveel mogelijk markt- en klantinformatie verzamelen en doorgeven aan alle betrokken partijen.

Klanttevredenheid

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening aan zowel interne als externe klanten.
  • Verbeteren van processen en optimaliseren van kosten met betrekking tot transport, verpakking, ordertypes en ordergroepering, in nauwe samenwerking met collega's binnen Lubrication EMEA Sales & Operations.

Verkoop

  • Proactieve opvolging van aanvragen, offertes en bestellingen volgens de interne procedures, waaronder prijzen, levertermijnen en alternatieven, in nauwe samenwerking met de Account Managers.
  • Ondersteunen van de sales funnel (verkooptraject) in nauwe samenwerking met de Account Managers.

Financieel

  • Proactief opvolgen van openstaande klantenvorderingen (Accounts Receivable) en het innen van achterstallige betalingen.

De klant is een producent van allerlei producten maar je zal meer bepaald werken op de afdeling van de smeersystemen die ervoor zorgen dat machines soepel draaien en hierdoor slijtage wordt vermeden. Samen met je team van accountmanagers zal je vooral in contact staan met bedrijven en groothandelaars in België en Nederland.

  • 3 - 5 jaar ervaring
