Voor onze klant, een heel mooie garage, gaan we op zoek naar een commercieel bediende voor de afleverdienst.

Greep uit jouw takenpakket als commercieel bediende op de afleverdienst :

  • Je ben dé schakel binnen de afleverdienst, eens een wagen verkocht is sta jij in voor de administratieve afhandeling als de fysieke aflevering.
  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt van de klant zodat deze steeds op de hoogte is van de status van het voertuig.
  • Je neemt alle nieuwe wagens in ontvangst, controleert op schade en correcte administratieve verwerking.
  • Nummerplaat aanvragen en registreren, contact met lease- en verzekeringsmaatschappij
  • Dubbelchecken van de boorddocumenten (keuringsbewijs, inschrijvingsbewijs..)
  • Opvolgen van de facturatie en betalingen
  • Beheer van de accessoires en het aanvragen bij de werkplaats (stel dat de klant nog een trekhaak wil)
  • Transportleveringen ontvangen en verwerken, naar de keuring rijden? Je bent flexibel inzetbaar!

Profiel

Dit kan jij afvinken als ideale collega commercieel bediende op de afleverdienst:

  • Technische kennis, je hebt een sterke affiniteit met de automotivesector en wordt op termijn de specialist in verschillende modellen.
  • Communicatief ben je vlot en professioneel naar particuliere klant, B2B klant of verzekerings- en leasemaatschappij.
  • Je bent een warm, vriendelijk persoon die heel sterk servicegericht werkt en sterk planmatig is.
  • Planning die wijzigt? Da's voor jou geen probleem aangezien je stressbestendig bent.
  • Flexibele ingesteldheid om bij te springen bij collega's waar nodig bij drukte.
  • Je bent sterk administratief, planmatig en weet het overzicht te bewaren. Ook sterk communicatief, jouw klant of interne collega's, zijn steeds op de hoogte.
  • Zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal alsook een goed woordje Frans en / of Engels.
