Voor een familiale en stabiele onderneming in Tielt, actief in de productie en verkoop van meubelen, tafels en stoelen, zijn wij op zoek naar een commercieel bediende.

Voor deze klant zoeken we iemand die graag administratief werkt, vlot communiceert met klanten en energie krijgt van een veelzijdig takenpakket.

Jouw taken

Na een grondige inwerkperiode krijg je een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij je instaat voor de commerciële en administratieve ondersteuning van het team.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je verzorgt de administratieve ondersteuning van de commerciële werking.
  • Je staat in voor de planning en logistieke opvolging.
  • Je volgt orders en stock nauwgezet op.
  • Je hebt telefonisch contact met klanten en helpt hen verder met hun vragen.
  • Je verwerkt bestellingen en staat in voor een correcte orderinput.
  • Je denkt actief mee over een efficiënte werking en neemt initiatief waar nodig.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een enthousiaste en veelzijdige collega die:

  • zeer goed Nederlands en Frans spreekt en schrijft;
  • commercieel en proactief ingesteld is;
  • stressbestendig en resultaatgericht werkt;
  • klantvriendelijk en communicatief sterk is;
  • graag samenwerkt en een echte teamplayer is;
  • administratief sterk en nauwkeurig is;
  • vlot overweg kan met MS Office;
  • niet bang is om ideeën of verbeterpunten te delen;
  • graag initiatief neemt en wil bijdragen aan de verdere groei van het bedrijf.

Ervaring in een commerciële of administratieve functie is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw motivatie, communicatieve vaardigheden en nauwkeurigheid zijn belangrijk.
