Voor de verdere uitbreiding van zijn team is onze klant gelegen in regio Wervik op zoek naar een enthousiaste Medewerker Commerciële Binnendienst. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en werk je nauw samen met de buitendienst en andere afdelingen. Je zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van offertes, bestellingen en klantendossiers, en bouwt duurzame relaties op met onze klanten.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Opstellen, opvolgen en verwerken van offertes en bestellingen
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk klantencontact in het Nederlands en Frans
  • Klanten adviseren en oplossingen aanbieden op maat
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega’s van de commerciële en technische afdeling
  • Administratieve verwerking van orders en klantgegevens in het systeem

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en bent klantgericht
  • Je bent niet bang om de telefoon te nemen en klanten proactief te benaderen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, ook onder tijdsdruk
  • Ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst of soortgelijke functie is een troef
  • Kennis van MS Office en/of een ERP-systeem is een pluspunt
