🛠️ Jouw dag als Commercieel-Technisch Bediende

  • Technisch klankbord: Je adviseert klanten (voornamelijk professionele installateurs) over sanitair, verwarming en hernieuwbare energie. Je denkt mee over hun projecten en biedt de juiste technische oplossingen.
  • Offertebeheer: Je vertaalt aanvragen naar gedetailleerde en correcte offertes. Je pluist technische fiches uit om te zorgen dat elk koppelstuk en elke unit perfect op elkaar aansluit.
  • Orderverwerking: Wanneer de klant akkoord gaat, zorg jij voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling en bestelling van de materialen.
  • Probleemoplosser: Hebben ze een technisch vraagstuk op de werf? Jij duikt in de catalogus of belt met leveranciers om de oplossing te vinden.
  • Showroom-support: Af en toe spring je bij in de toonzaal om klanten wegwijs te maken in de nieuwste technologieën en designs.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een achtergrond of sterke affiniteit met sanitair, CV of algemene bouwtechnieken. Termen als 'collectoren' of 'warmtepompen' schrikken jou niet af.
  • Je bent communicatief vaardig en vindt het fijn om langdurige relaties met installateurs op te bouwen.
  • Een offerte moet tot achter de komma kloppen; jij hebt oog voor elk detail.
