Hou je van klantencontact, toerisme en een job met veel afwisseling? Voor een stabiel vastgoedkantoor in Koksijde zoeken we een Commercieel Bediende Vakantieverhuur.

Binnen deze functie staat de vakantieverhuur centraal, aangevuld met verschillende administratieve en office managementtaken. De combinatie van klantencontact, boekingen, administratie en het opvolgen van appartementen zorgt ervoor dat geen enkele dag hetzelfde is.

De functie inhoud Hoe ziet je dag eruit als Commercieel bediende vakantieverhuur regio Koksijde:

  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse vakantieverhuur en beheren van reservaties.
  • Beantwoorden van vragen van huurders en zorgen voor een klantgerichte opvolging.
  • Ontvangen van gasten en instaan voor een professionele check-in en service.
  • Communiceren met klanten in het Nederlands en Frans en ook Duitstalige gasten verder helpen.
  • Regelmatig ter plaatse gaan voor controles van de appartementen.
  • Praktische problemen detecteren en mee zorgen voor een snelle oplossing.
  • Administratieve opvolging van verschillende dossiers en reservaties.
  • Ondersteunen bij diverse office managementtaken.
  • Meedenken over de werking en zelfstandig initiatief nemen waar nodig.

De functie combineert dus kantoorwerk met klantencontact en verplaatsingen ter plaatse. Wie graag de hele dag achter een bureau zit, zal hier minder snel zijn draai vinden.

Onze klant Het gaat om een kleinschalig, lokaal vastgoedkantoor aan de Belgische kust, actief vanuit Koksijde. De onderneming heeft een vrij brede vastgoedwerking: naast vakantieverhuur houden ze zich ook bezig met verhuur, verkoop, beheer van appartementen en syndic.

De vakantieverhuur vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van de dagelijkse werking. Het kantoor beheert verschillende vakantieappartementen en staat daarbij in voor de volledige opvolging: van reservatie en communicatie met huurders tot ontvangst, controles en praktische problemen tijdens een verblijf.

Vandaag bestaat het team uit een kleine ploeg van vier personen. Daardoor ontstaat er eigenlijk een mooie opportuniteit voor iemand die mee structuur kan brengen en de dagelijkse verhuurwerking mee kan dragen. Wie ben jij als Commercieel bediende vakantieverhuur?

  • Een eerste werkervaring binnen administratie, klantencontact, toerisme, hospitality, vastgoed of een commerciële omgeving is belangrijk.
  • Een bachelor is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Autonoom werken en verantwoordelijkheid opnemen zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Commerciële feeling en een sterke klantgerichte ingesteldheid zitten in je natuur.
  • Affiniteit met toerisme en de kust is een mooie troef.
  • Nederlands en Frans beheers je vlot.
  • Een goede basis Duits is belangrijk. Perfect hoeft niet: vooral het durven spreken en jezelf verstaanbaar maken telt.
  • Flexibiliteit tijdens drukke periodes is vanzelfsprekend.
  • Een stabiele samenwerking op lange termijn spreekt je aan.
