Voor onze klant, een mensgerichte en internationaal succesvolle e-commerce onderneming, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en resultaatgerichte Sales Advisor. In deze commerciële rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het telefonisch optimaliseren van bestaande klantrelaties binnen zowel de zakelijke als de particuliere markt. Omdat je uitsluitend contact opneemt met klanten die reeds een bestelling hebben geplaatst, doe je niet aan koude acquisitie. Samen met een enthousiast en competitief team streef je naar het overtreffen van de verkoopdoelstellingen en het maximaliseren van de klantwaarde door middel van professionele advisering. De functie is volledig in een vast dagregime georganiseerd van maandag tot vrijdag.

  • Telefonisch contact opnemen met bestaande B2B- en B2C-klanten om lopende orders te optimaliseren en cross-selling opportuniteiten te benutten.
  • Presenteren van de voordelen en kwaliteiten van het eigen huismerk om klanten te overtuigen van de beste deal.
  • Actief luisteren naar de specifieke behoeften van de klant, commerciële argumenten aandragen en professioneel omgaan met eventuele bezwaren.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de gezonde prestatiedrang op de afdeling en het behalen van de gezamenlijke en individuele targets.
  • Nauwkeurig administratief verwerken van de gemaakte afspraken en orders in het centrale computersysteem.
  • Deelnemen aan continue verkooptrainingen en individuele coachingsessies om je commerciële vaardigheden constant aan te scherpen.
  • Je bent een energiek en enthousiast persoon met een duidelijke commerciële drive en een sterke passie voor telefonische verkoop.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht, beschikt over een gezonde dosis doorzettingsvermogen en laat je niet ontmoedigen door een commerciële afwijzing.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en luistervaardigheden in het Nederlands; je weet de juiste argumenten op het juiste moment in te zetten.
  • Een betrouwbare en stabiele teamplayer die gemotiveerd raakt door targets, cijfers en het behalen van mooie resultaten.
  • Ervaring in een commerciële binnendienst, callcenter of retailomgeving is een pluspunt, maar dankzij een uitgebreid inwerktraject staat de vacature open voor elk commercieel talent.
