Ben jij commercieel ingesteld én heb je een technische affiniteit met hout of interieur? Voor onze klant, een gevestigde speler in de houtsector, zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Binnendienst Medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor B2B-klanten en zorg je ervoor dat offertes, bestellingen en klantendossiers vlot en correct worden opgevolgd. Je bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties op en werkt nauw samen met collega's om een uitstekende service te garanderen. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en commerciële feeling weet je klanten professioneel te adviseren en bied je steeds een oplossing op maat.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor B2B-klanten via telefoon en e-mail.
  • Je adviseert klanten en beantwoordt hun vragen op een professionele manier.
  • Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze nauwgezet op.
  • Je verwerkt inkomende bestellingen correct en efficiënt.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve opvolging, waaronder facturatie.
  • Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met een vaste klantenportefeuille.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de interne collega's om een optimale klantenservice te bieden.

Je bent een klantgerichte en communicatieve professional die technische kennis weet te combineren met een commerciële ingesteldheid. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en haalt voldoening uit het onderhouden van langdurige klantenrelaties.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor in houttechnologie of kan een gelijkwaardige ervaring voorleggen.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring binnen de houtsector, een productieomgeving of een technisch maakbedrijf.
  • Je hebt een sterke technische affiniteit met hout en maatwerkproducten.
  • Je hebt commercieel inzicht en denkt steeds mee met de klant.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je hebt een goed ruimtelijk en cijfermatig inzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een goede praktische kennis van het Frans om klanten telefonisch en via e-mail verder te helpen.
  • Je bent administratief sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
