Agnes Alfons +316 22 79 81 45 Stuur een e-mail Jouw functie Als commercieel binnendienst medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van ons uitgebreide assortiment producten en diensten en geef je technisch commerciële ondersteuning aan onze klanten in de regio. Zowel via mail als telefoon beantwoord je vragen van bestaande of potentiële klanten. Na een degelijke inwerkperiode word je de contactpersoon tussen de klant en ons bedrijf. Verder ga jij aan de slag met het opstellen van offertes en upselling, je belt klanten na om vervolgens een order te realiseren en (technisch) advies uit te brengen. Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen waarbij klanttevredenheid voorop staat. Naast het commerciële aspect in de rol komt er uiteraard ook een gedeelte administratie bij kijken. Je doet dit samen met een team van binnendienst medewerkers die veel kennis hebben van het uitgebreide productassortiment en jou coachen en begeleiden om een succesvol commercieel binnendienst medewerker te worden.
