Functieomschrijving Als Sales & Customer Service medewerker op de afdeling Sales & Customer Support ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en uitvoeren van verkoop- en supply chain processen voor zowel ons merk als private label klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt en volgens planning. Hierbij houd je rekening met zowel de wensen van de klant als de belangen van de organisatie. Je bent pas tevreden als de klant goed geholpen is en begeleidt het verkoopproces van begin tot eind. Daarnaast ondersteun je de afdeling Sales en Supply Chain en fungeer je als schakel tussen verschillende afdelingen binnen ons bedrijf. Je dagelijkse taken bestaan onder andere uit het verstrekken van informatie aan klanten in binnen- en buitenland, het uitsturen van offertes, het regelen van verpakkingen en productintroducties, het bijhouden van gegevens in ons ERP systeem en het verwerken van binnenkomende orders. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor andere taken zoals retouren en financiële afhandelingen. Je onderhoudt klantrelaties en zorgt ervoor dat het servicegehalte altijd van hoge kwaliteit is. Daarnaast beheer je het orderproces, van ontvangst tot facturatie, en ondersteun je verkoopprocessen administratief. Samen met je collega's draag je bij aan de continuïteit van de afdeling verkoop en denk je mee over vereenvoudiging en verbetering van de werkzaamheden op de sales & customer support afdeling.
