Voor onze klant, een succesvolle familiale onderneming in Hamme, zoeken we een enthousiaste Commercieel Binnendienst Medewerker die energie haalt uit klantencontact en structuur brengt in administratie.

Als Commercieel Binnendienst Medewerker ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat klanten zich gehoord voelen, vragen snel beantwoord worden en orders vlekkeloos verlopen. Met jouw servicegerichte aanpak bouw je mee aan sterke klantenrelaties én ondersteun je de verdere groei van de organisatie.

Als Customer Service Medewerker krijg je een uitdagend en gevarieerd takenpakket:

  • Je beheert klantendossiers en zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van retourzendingen en creditnota's.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en volgt hun lopende bestellingen nauwgezet op.
  • Je verwerkt verkoop- en omzetgegevens en deelt relevante inzichten met interne afdelingen.
  • Je volgt promotionele acties op en neemt proactief contact op met klanten tijdens commerciële campagnes.
  • Je ondersteunt de verdere groei van het klantenbestand door prospecten te contacteren en opportuniteiten te identificeren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne diensten om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een commerciële of customer service functie.
  • Je bent sterk klantgericht en communiceert vlot met zowel klanten als collega's.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die initiatief neemt en oplossingsgericht denkt.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen, multitasken en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel (formules en draaitabellen) en maakt je nieuwe ERP-systemen snel eigen.
  • Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands en Frans.
