WAREMA Benelux B.V. is met ongeveer 35 medewerkers vertegenwoordigd op de locatie Nederweert.

Functieinhoud

- Verwerking en begeleiding van verkoopgebieden voor onze klanten in Nederland, België en Luxemburg

- U werkt in teamverband met onze buitendienst.

- Commerciële en technische berekeningen en het opstellen van offertes en het opvolgen van offertes

- Algemene klantcorrespondentie

- Persoonlijk klantadvies ter plaatse in ons Sun Center

- Debiteuren- en klachtenbeheer

- Controle van facturen en het ophelderen en opstellen van creditnota's

- Onderhoud van klantgegevens in ons CRM-systeem

- Grote mate van eigen verantwoordelijkheid

Kwalificaties

- Succesvol afgeronde commerciële of technische opleiding.

- Sterke klantgerichtheid met een goed technisch inzicht, idealiter meerdere jaren ervaring in persoonlijke klantadvies.

- Vloeiende taalvaardigheid in het Nederlands en Duits.
