Voor ons team in Geldermalsen zoeken wij een Commercieel Binnendienst Medewerker . In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten, leveranciers en collega's. Van de eerste klantvraag tot het verwerken en opvolgen van een order: jij zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je komt terecht in een klein en betrokken team met korte lijnen. Je krijgt volop ruimte om initiatief te nemen, klanten goed te helpen en samen met je collega's commerciële kansen te benutten. Wat ga je doen? Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze klanten snel, professioneel en persoonlijk worden geholpen. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en geen dag is hetzelfde. • j e staat klanten telefonisch en per e-mail enthousiast en deskundig te woord; • beantwoordt vragen en adviseert klanten over passende producten en oplossingen; • verwerkt en volgt aanvragen, offertes en orders zorgvuldig op; • houdt klant- en ordergegevens nauwkeurig bij in onze systemen; • signaleert commerciële kansen en speelt actief in op de behoeften van klanten; • ondersteunt het commerciële team bij uiteenlopende werkzaamheden; • zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen en klanten weten waar ze aan toe zijn. Het ene moment help je een klant met een productvraag, het volgende moment verwerk je een order of stem je intern een oplossing af. Dankzij jouw inzet loopt het commerciële proces soepel en ervaren klanten de service waar Vipam voor staat. Wie zoeken wij?
