Samen met je collega’s ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over offertes, bestellingen en leveringenJe staat in voor een vlotte en klantgerichte service door het opmaken van offertes en het nauwgezet opvolgen van klantenordersDankzij je technisch en commercieel inzicht kan je correcte prijsvoorstellen uitwerken Je zal technische vragen van klanten helder beantwoorden en oplossen.Daarnaast onderhoud je een goede samenwerking met de collega’s van de productie om een vlotte interne afstemming te garanderenOp termijn krijg je ook de kans om mee te werken aan diverse marketinggerelateerde projecten binnen het bedrijf

Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels Spreek je Duits? Dan is dit een groot pluspunt!Je hebt enkele jaren relevante werkervaring opgebouwdEen algemene technische kennis, bij voorkeur binnen staal of metaal, is een troef. Indien nodig krijg je de nodige ondersteuning om je expertise verder uit te bouwen binnen dit domeinJe hebt een positieve ingesteldheid en je leervermogen, waardoor je je snel kan inwerken in bestaande processenDankzij je klantgerichte en assertieve aanpak onderhoud je vlot contact met diverse klanten en bied je hen steeds een correcte en oplossingsgerichte service aanJe werkt gestructureerd, ordelijk en nauwkeurig en weet goed om te gaan met deadlines en drukke momenten.
