In de functie van Commercieel Calculator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het kritisch analyseren en berekenen van uiteenlopende projecten:

  • Je analyseert de bouwkundige plannen en bestekken grondig om de juiste technische oplossingen en materialen te bepalen.
  • Je stelt gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen op voor aluminium ramen, deuren en gevelelementen.
  • Je onderhoudt nauw contact met leveranciers en onderaannemers om de beste prijzen en voorwaarden te vergelijken.
  • Je maakt heldere, aantrekkelijke en commercieel scherpe offertes op maat van de bouwheer of architect.
  • Je denkt mee over slimme alternatieven om projecten budgettair en technisch te optimaliseren.

Profiel

Als Commercieel Calculator combineer je ruimtelijk inzicht met cijfermatige nauwkeurigheid:

  • Je beschikt over een technisch bachelor- of masterdiploma (bijvoorbeeld Bouwkunde) of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd in de bouwsector.
