Wat maakt deze job uniek?

  • Variatie: Je zit niet elke dag achter je bureau. Naast calculaties ga je minstens één dag per week langs bij klanten om offertes te verdedigen en projecten binnen te halen. Zo blijft je werk boeiend en afwisselend.
  • Totaalprojecten: Wij specialiseren ons in complete renovatieprojecten. Je werkt aan technisch uitdagende calculaties waarbij je rekening houdt met maatmeubilair, vloeren, wanden, schrijnwerk en andere technieken. Geen enkel project is hetzelfde, waardoor je continu bijleert en trots kan zijn op het eindresultaat.
  • Commercieel betrokken: Van prijsaanvraag tot oplevering ben jij het aanspreekpunt. Je denkt mee met de klant over materialen en afwerkingen en hebt invloed op het uiteindelijke resultaat.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Binnenkomende prijsaanvragen behandelen.
  • Klantbehoeften analyseren en op basis daarvan offertes opmaken en verdedigen.
  • Je specialiseert je in renovatieprojecten, een echte groeimarkt.
  • Hoofdzakelijk contact met particulieren.
  • Je hebt al ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en bent klaar voor de volgende stap.
  • Je bent in het bezit van minimum een Bachelordiploma, bij voorkeur in een technisch-commerciële richting
  • Je bent commercieel sterk, communiceert vlot en zet altijd de klant op de eerste plaats.
  • Creativiteit zit in je DNA: je volgt trends en hebt een passie voor stijlvolle kustinterieurs.
  • Je beschikt over technische kennis van materialen, toestellen, afwerkingen en meubelen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
