De functie inhoud Wat ga je doen als Commercieel Coördinator Binnenvaart?

  • Je coördineert dagelijks de transportopdrachten in samenspraak met opdrachtgevers en schippers.
  • Je bevracht en plant binnenvaartschepen in.
  • Je werkt offertes uit en biedt deze aan.
  • Je stelt ladingdocumenten op en volgt deze op.
  • Je onderhandelt mee over tarieven met binnenvaartondernemers.
  • Je bewaakt de klanttevredenheid en onderhoudt goede klantcontacten.
  • Je volgt orders en ladingen dagelijks op en communiceert hierover.
  • Je bewaakt mee een goede sfeer en samenwerking binnen het team.

  • Je hebt een bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Duits.
  • Je hebt sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een oplossingsgerichte, klantvriendelijke ingesteldheid.
  • Je hebt teamgeest en de wil om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Ervaring in de sector is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
