Als commercieel assistent heb je een managementbevoegdheid over de verschillende afdelingen heen, waarbij je zal bijdragen aan de resultaten van de winkel. Rapporteren doe je rechtstreeks aan de store manager.

  • Je ondersteunt het commerciële team bij de dagelijkse opvolging van klanten en dossiers
  • Je verwerkt en volgt offertes, bestellingen en aanvragen nauwgezet op
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten, en beantwoordt hun vragen
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en opvolging van commerciële dossiers
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam bij de voorbereiding en opvolging van commerciële acties
  • Je stemt af tussen verschillende interne diensten om dossiers vlot te laten verlopen
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de store manager
  • Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid en krijgt energie van klantencontact
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd, ook wanneer je meerdere dossiers tegelijk moet opvolgen
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je neemt initiatief, en wacht niet af wanneer je kansen ziet om zaken te verbeteren
  • Je bent vertrouwd met administratieve taken en digitale tools
  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een commerciële, ondersteunende rol
