Als Commercieel Coördinator Service ben je de schakel tussen klant, service en techniek. Je zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen goed worden opgepakt, klanten technisch én commercieel worden geadviseerd en de werkzaamheden binnen de werkplaats soepel verlopen. • Je behandelt aanvragen voor revisie en service en vertaalt deze naar passende offertes. • Je adviseert klanten over technische vraagstukken en mogelijke oplossingen. • Je bespreekt offertes met klanten en begeleidt het traject tot opdracht. • Je coördineert en begeleidt serviceactiviteiten vanuit de binnendienst. • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van geleverde onderdelen, materialen en technische oplossingen. • Je stelt technische rapportages op en vertaalt bevindingen naar concrete adviezen. • Je schakelt met interne en internationale collega's wanneer technische ondersteuning nodig is.

Functie-eisen: Je bent iemand die techniek begrijpt, makkelijk contact maakt en commercieel denkt. Je hoeft niet voor ieder technisch vraagstuk direct een antwoord te hebben, maar je weet wel hoe je de juiste informatie boven tafel krijgt en klanten goed adviseert. • Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding in een technische richting. • Een aantal jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare technische, commerciële of servicegerichte functie. • Je hebt technisch inzicht en kunt technische vraagstukken goed doorgronden. • Je bent klantgericht en krijgt energie van het onderhouden van relaties. • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. • Je werkt georganiseerd en weet verschillende werkzaamheden goed te coördineren. • Je bent enthousiast, zelfstandig en werkt graag samen met een hecht team.
