Bij Bey by Bergman Clinics in Den Bosch werk je in een omgeving waar high-end service centraal staat. In deze commerciële en servicegerichte rol ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze cliënten en werk je nauw samen met de medisch specialist om hoogwaardige zorg te leveren. - Goede werk- privé balans - €3.252 - €4.770 p/mnd - Werken vanuit jouw expertise Hoe jij impact kunt maken als Commercieel Consulent Als commercieel consulent ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze cliënten in de kliniek Den Bosch. Je faciliteert de unieke cliëntreis van Bey by Bergman Clinics door de medisch specialist te assisteren tijdens het spreekuur. Tijdens de één-op één consulten met de cliënten een optimale service te verlenen aan de cliënt nadat de medisch specialist het consult heeft afgerond. Daarnaast coördineer je alle administratieve, ondersteunende en logistieke activiteiten van de medisch specialist en zijn/haar cliënten. Wat ga je doen? - Proactief informeren van cliënten van de unieke en bijzondere kwaliteit van onze dienstverlening en het benadrukken van het mooie resultaat van onze hoogwaardige behandelingen - Plannen van de behandeling in samenspraak met de cliënt, met zorg voor een goede follow-up - Begeleiden van cliënten vanaf de intake tot en met de behandeling en gedurende de nazorg - Effectief plannen van de behandeling - Doen van aftersales en cross-selling van onze producten en behandelingen - Beheren van het cliënten dossier en het afhandelen van overige administratie - Opvolgen van geplande contac...
