Heb jij commerciële drive en haal je energie uit het uitbouwen van klantenrelaties? Wil je mee bouwen aan de groei van een onderneming en een eigen regio ontwikkelen? Dan ben jij misschien de Commercieel Consulent die wij zoeken.

Bij SWATT krijg je de kans om zelfstandig een regio uit te bouwen en klanten te verbinden met de juiste technische profielen. Je werkt vanuit onze hoofdzetel in Izegem en bent actief op de as West-Vlaanderen – Gent.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Actief prospecteren via onder andere LinkedIn, telefoon en e-mail
  • Nieuwe klanten aantrekken en duurzame klantenrelaties opbouwen
  • Afspraken inplannen en commerciële gesprekken voeren met bedrijven
  • Opportuniteiten detecteren en commerciële groei realiseren binnen jouw regio
  • Mee bepalen welke techniekers aansluiten bij projecten van klanten
  • Opvolgen van klantendossiers en zorgen voor een kwalitatieve dienstverlening
  • Snel schakelen bij wijzigingen, technische uitdagingen of personeelsplanning
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega’s om de continuïteit van de dienstverlening te garanderen
  • Ervaring in de uitzendsector of in matching, selectie of plaatsing van profielen is vereist
  • Ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie is een sterke troef
  • Commercieel sterk en resultaatgericht
  • Ervaring met prospectie en netwerken
  • Cijfermatig inzicht en analytisch sterk
  • Gestructureerde en zelfstandige manier van werken
  • Vlotte kennis van digitale tools zoals Teamleader, Excel, LinkedIn, VDAB en Indeed
  • Flexibel en oplossingsgericht
  • Bereid om klanten in de regio West-Vlaanderen – Gent te bezoeken
