The posting

Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, hou je van klantencontact en krijg je energie van nieuwe opportuniteiten? Voor ons kantoor in Zaventem zoeken we een Sales Consultant die mee instaat voor de commerciële groei van het kantoor.

Je komt terecht in een ervaren team binnen de interimsector. Samen met de Office Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het uitbouwen van de klantenportefeuille en het binnenhalen van nieuwe vacatures.

Jouw focus ligt op sales. Je prospecteert actief, bezoekt klanten, bouwt relaties uit en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe vacatures binnenkomen. Het ervaren team van HR Consultants neemt vervolgens de rekrutering en verdere opvolging van kandidaten op zich. Uiteraard werk je nauw samen met hen en spring je bij waar nodig.

Omdat je actief bent in de regio Zaventem, is een zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans noodzakelijk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Actief prospecteren naar nieuwe klanten in de regio Zaventem.
  • Bestaande klantenrelaties onderhouden en verder uitbouwen.
  • Klanten bezoeken en hun personeelsnoden detecteren.
  • Nieuwe vacatures binnenhalen en commerciële opportuniteiten creëren.
  • Offertes en commerciële afspraken opvolgen.
  • Samen met de Office Manager de commerciële groei van het kantoor realiseren.
  • Een sterk netwerk uitbouwen binnen de regio.
  • Nauw samenwerken met het ervaren team van HR Consultants.
  • Klanten adviseren over hun personeelsbehoeften en oplossingen binnen de interimsector.
  • Je kennis van de interimsector, HR en sociale wetgeving verder uitbouwen

We zoeken vooral een commerciële persoonlijkheid die graag op klanten afstapt en resultaat wil behalen.

  • Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je hebt commerciële flair en overtuigingskracht.
  • Je krijgt energie van prospecteren en klantencontact.
  • Je bent ondernemend, proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Je legt gemakkelijk nieuwe contacten en bouwt duurzame relaties op.
  • Je bent niet bang om de telefoon te nemen of bij een klant binnen te stappen.
  • Ervaring in sales, interim of HR is een plus.
  • Je werkt graag samen met een ervaren team.
