Naast de ontwikkeling en productie van sportmaterialen voor binnensportaccommodaties verzorgt Bosan de complete inrichting van sportaccommodaties. Bosan combineert technische kennis, productontwikkeling en marktkennis met een sterke klantgerichtheid. Vanuit Haaksbergen werkt de organisatie zowel voor de Nederlandse als internationale markt. De commerciële organisatie bestaat uit circa 20 medewerkers, verdeeld over product & marketing, inside sales en outside sales. Als commercieel directeur maak je deel uit van het managementteam en werk je nauw samen met de Algemeen Directeur. De ambitie is helder: de bestaande business verder versterken én nieuwe groeimogelijkheden benutten. Bosan zoekt een commercieel directeur die commerciële kansen ziet én zorgt dat ze worden gerealiseerd. Een ondernemende leider die strategie en uitvoering verbindt, de commerciële organisatie verder professionaliseert en samen met het team bouwt aan gezonde, duurzame groei. Je krijgt de ruimte om richting te geven aan de commerciële koers van Bosan. Je ontwikkelt markten, versterkt klantrelaties, bouwt aan partnerships en zorgt voor een professionele salesorganisatie die klaar is voor de volgende fase. Als commercieel directeur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en realiseren van de commerciële strategie van Bosan. Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen strategie, tactiek en dagelijkse praktijk.
