Vanwege groei en om deze ambitie verder vorm te geven zijn wij voor hen op zoek naar een daadkrachtige en inspirerende Commercieel Directeur . Als Commercieel Directeur ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor alle commerciële activiteiten binnen LEAP24. Je vertaalt de bedrijfsstrategie naar een heldere commerciële koers en zorgt voor verdere groei van omzet, winstgevendheid en marktpositie. Je bent een strategisch denker die tegelijkertijd graag zeer dicht op de business zit. Je stuurt het gehele commerciële team aan, verbindt (after)sales en marketing en bouwt duurzame relaties op (en verder uit) met partners en klanten. Daarnaast ben je het commerciële gezicht van LEAP24 tijdens beurzen, evenementen en netwerkbijeenkomsten. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO en werkt intensief samen met onder andere Operations en Finance om de gezamenlijke bedrijfsdoelstellingen te realiseren. Dit ga jij doen - Ontwikkelen en realiseren van de commerciële strategie - Leidinggeven aan het team van Partnership Managers, After Sales & Marketing. Nu 5 FTE en groeiende! - Verantwoordelijk voor omzetgroei, winstgevendheid en commerciële prestaties - Opstellen, monitoren en bijsturen van commerciële KPI's en doelstellingen - Analyseren van verkoopresultaten, marktontwikkelingen en rendement om commerciële kansen optimaal te benutten - Uitbouwen van strategische partnerships en onderhouden van een relevant netwerk - Vertegenwoordigen van LEAP24 op evenementen, beurzen en in de markt - Intensief samenwerken met Operations, Finance en directie om de internationale groeistrategie te realiseren Wat neem je mee?
