Je beheert verzekeringsdossiers van ondernemingen van A tot Z en fungeert als vaste vertrouwenspersoon voor jouw klantenportefeuille. Jouw rol als Commercieel Dossierbeheerder Verzekeringen:

  • Je beheert zelfstandig verzekeringsdossiers van voornamelijk ondernemingsklanten
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor je klanten
  • Je adviseert klanten over hun verzekeringsportefeuille en begeleidt hen bij uitbreidingen en aanpassingen
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met verzekeringsmaatschappijen en volgt dossiers nauwgezet op
  • Je werkt proactief op hernieuwingen en detecteert opportuniteiten voor optimalisatie
  • Je speelt in op signalen, evoluties en nieuwe behoeften bij klanten

Jouw profiel :

  • Je hebt een bachelor Financiën & Verzekeringen of relevante ervaring binnen verzekeringen
  • Verzekeringstakken zoals brand, BA, arbeidsongevallen en auto zijn je vertrouwd
  • Interesse in of kennis van technische verzekeringen is een plus
  • Je bent klantgericht, proactief en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
  • Je bent digitaal vaardig en werkt vlot met MS Office (kennis van Brio is een plus)
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; Engels en Frans zijn een meerwaarde
