Je bekijkt de planning van jouw vaste klanten en controleert of alle transporten volgens planning verlopen. Al snel heb je contact met vervoerders, klanten en collega's. Je stemt transporten af, beantwoordt vragen en zorgt ervoor dat iedere zending op tijd én volgens afspraak wordt uitgevoerd.In de loop van de dag houd je meerdere internationale transporten tegelijk in de gaten. Je bewaakt de voortgang, controleert tarieven en denkt actief mee over de beste logistieke oplossing voor jouw klanten. Loopt een transport anders dan gepland? Dan schakel je snel, informeer je alle betrokken partijen en zorg je ervoor dat alles weer op de rails komt. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het plannen en begeleiden van internationale transporten; - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten, vervoerders en logistieke partners; - Het verzorgen van douaneformaliteiten en transportdocumentatie; - Het bewaken van commerciële afspraken en transporttarieven; - Het verwerken van transportgegevens en administratie in het TMS; - Het meedenken over efficiëntere logistieke oplossingen en procesverbeteringen.
