Samen met een ervaren accountmanager ga jij de vestiging in de regio Roermond verder uitbouwen. Dit ga je doen in de bouw sector. Samen met jouw collega's breidt je jullie relaties uit en zorg je ervoor dat de relaties worden voorzien van het juiste personeel. Samen met jouw collega's zorg je ervoor dat de vestiging in de regio Roermond verder wordt uitgebreid in een Multi discipline in de onderhoud en renovatie sector. Je zorgt ervoor dat wij groeien als het gaat om het klantenbestand, maar ook zorg je ervoor dat wij groeien met het aantal uitzendkrachten en detacheerders. Je gaat je bezighouden met de volgende werkzaamheden: Searching naar kandidaten Intakes met kandidaten Voorstellen van kandidaten Contractuele zaken regelen Relaties onderhouden met bestaande klanten Relaties uitbreiden met nieuwe klanten Het maken van offertes Wat verwachten wij? Wij zoeken iemand die: Het leuk vindt om zowel administratieve taken uit te voeren als wel acquisitie plegen Het leuk vindt om variatie in zijn/haar werk te hebben Iemand die gestructureerd te werk gaat Ervaring is een pré, maar niet noodzakelijk. Motivatie is veel belangrijker! Je hebt ervaring in een rol van commercieel medewerker, recruiter of je wilt een overstap naar de arbeidsbemiddeling maken.
