Ben jij een creatieve interieurarchitect met commerciële flair én een sterk organisatorisch talent? Krijg je energie van klanten begeleiden, projecten opvolgen en droominterieurs realiseren? Dan is deze uitdaging in Bocholt iets voor jou!

  • Ontvangen en adviseren van klanten in de toonzaal.
  • Luisteren naar de wensen van de klant en deze vertalen naar een passend totaalconcept.
  • Ontwerpen van keukens, badkamers, maatkasten en totaalrenovaties in 3D.
  • Opstellen van gedetailleerde offertes en calculaties.
  • Commercieel opvolgen van dossiers en klanten begeleiden tot de verkoop.
  • Samenstellen van volledige technische productiedossiers.
  • Coördineren van de planning en bestellen van de nodige materialen.
  • Opvolgen van projecten van de eerste kennismaking tot de definitieve oplevering.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten, werkleiding en plaatsingsteams.
  • Waken over een correcte administratie, planning en kwaliteit van elk project.

  • Beschikt over een diploma Interieurarchitectuur of Interieurvormgeving.
  • Ervaring met projectopvolging binnen interieur- of totaalrenovaties.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en energie halen uit klanten overtuigen.
  • Sterk in plannen, organiseren en nauwkeurig dossierbeheer.
  • Vlot kunnen werken met CAD- of tekenprogramma's zoals Winner, SketchUp of gelijkaardige software.
  • Beschikken over een goed technisch en bouwkundig inzicht.
  • Vlot communiceren en duurzame relaties opbouwen met klanten en collega's.
  • Zelfstandig werken, verantwooderlijkheid nemen en steeds het overzicht houden.
