Wat je gaat doen In de functie van Commercieel kantoormedewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van binnenkomende orders en zorg je ervoor dat leveringen volgens planning verlopen. Je bewaakt levertijden, verwerkt manco's, klachten en retouren en zorgt voor een snelle en passende afhandeling. Daarnaast sta je klanten telefonisch te woord en beantwoord je vragen over producten, bestellingen en leveringen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze en klantgerichte instelling draag je bij aan een soepel verloop van het gehele order- en serviceproces. Werktijden zijn: zaterdagen van 7.30 - 17.00 uur, wil je graag nog een dag werken doordeweeks dan is dit bespreekbaar! Wat jij krijgt Dit kun je verwachten als Commercieel kantoormedewerker: - Een salaris tussen €15 en €16 per uur; - Een afwisselende functie binnen een succesvolle en dynamische organisatie; - Goede primaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Aantrekkelijke secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden; - Een inspirerende en prettige werkomgeving. Wat wij verwachten - Je volgt een MBO 4 of HBO opleiding nog tot minimaal juni 2028; - Je bent flexibel, communicatief sterk en oplossingsgericht; - Je bent een teamspeler, klantgericht, pro actief en je hebt een positieve instelling; - Goede kennis van MS Office, kennis van een ERP pakket is een pré; - Minimaal 8 uur beschikbaar, en eventueel extra inzetbaar in vakanties of onvoorziene situaties. Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een groothandel die biologische en duurzame producten levert aan supermarkten, speciaalzaken en horeca in heel Nederland.
