Als commercieel medewerker ondersteun je klanten en collega’s door offertes op te maken, aanvragen te verwerken en technische vragen duidelijk te beantwoorden. Je gebruikt jouw kennis van materialen en gereedschap om snel te begrijpen wat een klant bedoelt en je vertaalt dit correct naar de administratie. Je blijft jouw technische kennis uitbreiden zodat je vlotter schakelt en betere info geeft.

Taken:

  • Offertes opmaken, aanpassen en opvolgen.
  • Telefonisch contact met klanten om vragen te verduidelijken.
  • Aanvragen verwerken en gegevens correct ingeven in Dimasys.
  • Info controleren zodat offertes en dossiers volledig zijn.
  • Productdetails opzoeken zodat je klanten direct kunt helpen.
  • Beschikbare voorraad en levertijden nakijken in het ERP systeem.
  • Contact houden met collega’s over leveringen, materialen en openstaande acties.
  • Dossiers opvolgen en klanten op de hoogte houden van de status.
  • Documenten bijwerken zodat alle info actueel blijft.
  • Nieuwe procedures en producten snel opnemen in jouw dagelijkse werk.
  • Meedenken over kleine verbeteringen in het administratieve proces zodat taken sneller en overzichtelijker verlopen.

Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst werk je in een omgeving waar jouw inzicht in materialen en gereedschap direct helpt om correcte info te geven aan collega’s en klanten. Je combineert administratieve taken met praktische kennis waardoor je dossiers vlot en foutloos afhandelt. Je staat open om jouw technische kennis te verdiepen zodat je vragen sneller en gerichter kunt oplossen.

Je profiel:

  • Meerdere jaren ervaring in administratieve functies waarbij je verschillende processen beheert.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en hebt een klantgerichte houding in elk contactmoment.
  • Beschikt over een goede technische kennis en technisch inzicht om zowel klanten als collega's te adviseren en ondersteunen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, volgt dossiers goed op en controleert gegevens zorgvuldig.
  • Je gebruikt MS-office vlot en werkt efficiënt met ERP toepassingen voor administratie.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands op een hoog niveau en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Extra talen helpen je om meer klanten te ondersteunen.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen in procedures en zoekt manieren om de administratie sneller en overzichtelijker te maken.
