Met een sterke focus op advies, kwaliteit en klantbeleving ondersteunen zij zowel particulieren als professionele partners bij de realisatie van uiteenlopende projecten. Dankzij hun persoonlijke aanpak, technische expertise en passie voor design hebben zij een uitstekende reputatie opgebouwd in de sector.

Omschrijving

  • Klanten professioneel begeleiden en adviseren rond verlichting, interieurstijl en technische toepassingen.
  • In kaart brengen van de behoeften, wensen en budgetten van klanten.
  • Ontwerpen en uitwerken van creatieve lichtstudies en lichtplannen.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met architecten, installateurs, projectontwikkelaars en particuliere klanten.
  • Offertes opmaken en projecten commercieel opvolgen.
  • De voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten coördineren tot en met de plaatsingsfase.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een optimale klantenervaring en een hoog serviceniveau.
  • Administratieve opvolging van dossiers binnen het ERP-systeem.
  • Beschikt over een diploma in interieurarchitectuur of interieurvormgeving.
  • Is commercieel ingesteld en haalt energie uit klantencontacten.
  • Combineert creativiteit met een sterke technische interesse.
  • Werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en oplossingsgericht.
  • Kan zelfstandig functioneren en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Is communicatief sterk en professioneel in de omgang.
  • Heeft een goede kennis van gangbare PC-toepassingen.
  • Beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

  • Ervaring met AutoCAD, Vectorworks of andere tekenprogramma's.
  • Affiniteit met lichtstudies en lichttechnische toepassingen.
