Je pakt gemakkelijk de telefoon om af te stemmen, afspraken in te plannen en acties op te volgen. Dankzij jouw organisatietalent verlopen processen soepel en blijft iedereen aangehaakt. - Je beheert complexe agenda's van managers en adviseurs en plant afspraken efficiënt in - Je hebt veel telefonisch contact met adviseurs, opdrachtgevers en relaties om afspraken te maken en op te volgen - Je organiseert evaluatie-, voortgangs- en netwerkgesprekken en zorgt dat alle betrokkenen tijdig geïnformeerd zijn - Je beheert een gezamenlijke mailbox en bewaakt de voortgang van acties en vragen - Je verwerkt gegevens en afspraken nauwkeurig in het CRM-systeem - Je ondersteunt bij administratieve en organisatorische werkzaamheden en fungeert als verbindende schakel binnen het team Wat bieden wij jou?
