Jamin heeft de afgelopen jaren sterk gebouwd aan groei, creativiteit en vernieuwing. De volgende stap is om meer structuur en commerciële slagkracht aan de organisatie toe te voegen. Als Commercieel Manager breng je overzicht in het proces: 'van idee tot winkelvloer' en zorg je dat commerciële keuzes niet alleen verrassend zijn, maar ook goed onderbouwd en uitvoerbaar. Je geeft leiding aan het commerciële en logistieke team van 6 fte en zorgt voor duidelijke categorieplannen, prioriteiten en processen. Je stuurt op onder andere marge, rotatie, voorraad en beschikbaarheid en bouwt verder aan professioneel en datagedreven category management. Je bent geen manager op afstand. Jamin is een compacte en ondernemende organisatie waarin je dicht op de operatie staat. Je geeft richting en brengt structuur, maar pakt waar nodig ook zelf zaken op. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen het aansturen van het team, onderhandelingen met leveranciers en keuzes rondom assortiment en category management.
